This succulent embroidery is truly a unique piece of art. I used only the highest quality of materials in the making of this piece. Mounted on solid wood stretcher bars, the background fabric is a handpainted, one of a kind artisan batik fabric that is quilted onto Essex linen to give it extra depth. The succulents embroidery is all 3D, raised off of the surface of the fabric. The fibers are appliquéd hand spun art yarn, velvet thread, and pearl cotton.
